Nerissa Moore
Nerissa has nearly a decade of practical experience in managing everything from bookkeeping and payroll to tax returns for small businesses, i.e., trade and construction, rental property investors and personal tax returns. In 2017 Nerissa opened North Canterbury Tax and Bookkeeping Limited in Rangiora.
Nerissa is passionate about helping her clients succeed. She brings her extensive knowledge of tax and accounting services to the table with a focus on providing the best solutions for her clients. In a technology-driven market, Nerissa is well-versed in utilizing the latest tools and systems to streamline operations and ensure maximum efficiency.
Nerissa is a Member of ICNZB (Institute of Certified NZ Bookkeepers). She is a Xero Certified Advisor and Xero Payroll Certified, making her a specialist in all aspects of Xero, Xero integration and Xero training.
In her spare time Nerissa enjoys fishing, watching movies, is a keen league fan and spending time with her family.

Richard Morris
Richard is an experienced senior Chartered Accountant, a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) with a unique background working across a range of sectors including financial management, small business, not-for-profit, education and in chartered accountant offices.
Richard is passionate about working alongside small business owners and helping them make sense of their numbers, free up time, ensure records are correct and help increase profitability. Richard fosters strong relationships with his clients, ensuring open lines of communication and makes it easy for clients to reach out to him with any questions or concerns they may have.
Outside of work Richard loves spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Other interest includes walking, and while not now actively involved in sport, Richard enjoys watching sport and is also active in his local church.
